I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, somatic and attachment based approaches, Internal Family Systems and spiritual counseling in my work.

I started my career as a high school teacher, then in 2008 I trained as a spiritual counselor in hospitals in Washington DC and Jerusalem, counseling patients with acute illnesses and those in critical condition and their families.

I retrained as a clinical social worker in 2010, and worked as a counselor and therapist with parents and children in the Misgav Social services, the Migdal HaEmek child development center and Bet Ruth center for at-risk young women. After training as a CBT psychotherapist, I established my private practice in Haifa and Hannaton, and worked at Telem Psychological Services in Karmiel and Hof Hagalil therapy center in Regba. Since 2020 I have worked at Lev Hasharon Hospital at the Israel Center on Addictions and completed a two year specialization in therapy for substance and behavioral addictions.
